Music Appreciation Programme
Children are naturally inclined to music and rhythm. At Soka Kindergarten, we hope to nurture our children to appreciate music and make music meaningfully.
The school engages a trained music specialist to develop and conduct the Music Appreciation Programme, including the use of the Kodaly Approach. Children are introduced to music concepts through listening, singing, and movement, including the use of hand signs, pictures, rhythm symbols and syllables.
This programme is for the Kindergarten One and Two children and is integrated into the curriculum.
